Story

84% of the displaced families in northwest Syria now rely on humanitarian aid, amid growing concerns about the increasing need for additional assistance as winter approaches. The "Syria Response Coordinators" organization, which monitors humanitarian affairs in northwest Syria, said that civilians are unable to secure work as winter approaches compared to the summer, noting that the percentage of humanitarian needs in various sectors has increased by 18.9% compared to the previous month, while there is a 13.8% shortage in humanitarian response.
Tattered Tents
The real problem in the winter of 2023-2024 is the extent of damage to the tents that emerged dilapidated from last year's winter.
Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in his noble hadith: "Charity extinguishes the wrath of the Lord and protects against a bad death" (Narrated by Tirmidhi).

84% من العائلات النازحة شمال غربي سوريا باتت اليوم تعتمد على المساعدات الإنسانية، وسط ازدياد المخاوف من ارتفاع الحاجة لمساعدات إضافية مع إقبال فصل الشتاء.
وقالت منظمة "منسقو استجابة سوريا" التي تتولى توثيق والاستجابة للشؤون الإنسانية  الأمور الإنسانية في شمال غربي سوريا إن المدنيين مع اقتراب الشتاء غير قادرين على تأمين العمل مقارنة بفصل الصيف، مشيرة إلى أن نسبة الاحتياجات الإنسانية في مختلف القطاعات ارتفعت بمقدار 18.9% مقارنة بالشهر السابق، يقابلها نقصٌ في الاستجابة الإنسانية بنسبة 13.8%.
خيام مهترئة
المشكلة الحقيقية في شتاء 2023 - 2024 هو حجم الضرر في الخيام التي خرجت متهالكة من الشتاء العام الماضي.
المخيمات شمال غربي سوريا ليست جاهزة لفصل الشتاء المقبل
