A federation that includes humanitarian medical organizations, contributes to enhancing performance, services, coordination and support for its affiliates, and works to promote specialized international recognition.

Coordinating the efforts of the member organizations in order to achieve the principle of leadership in medical, relief and development work in the areas where these organizations operate, in a manner that maximizes the benefit from the financial, human and natural resources, as well as from properties, information, relationships and time.

1. The Federation to act as a legal, administrative and advisory reference body that supports its affiliated organizations. 2. Coordinate the efforts among the organizations to implement joint projects and support them with the necessary resources. 3. Follow up the work of the affiliated organizations and provide advice to them. 4. Develop resources in the broadest sense mentioned above, to serve the Federation’s affiliates. 5. Establish investment endowment projects to support the activities of the Federation. 6. Seek recognition from relevant international organizations. 7. Establish a central database to assess the needs in the areas where the affiliated organizations work. 8. Analyze, process, and export the data in the form of information for the benefit of the organizations working under the Federation.
