Our Story

SAED for Relief and Development is an independent non-profit charitable organization registered officially in Turkey under the number: (039 - 020 – 31) dated 7/23/2014. And on: 08/15/2022, the name was changed from SAED Charitable Organization to SAED for Relief and Development, because development plays a major and essential role in humanitarian work.

Its work began with the beginning of the crisis in Syria, where its work focused at first on the food security and livelihood sector, and as the crisis intensified in Syria, its work expanded to include most of the work sectors adopted by the United Nations.
