This year, the Holy Month of Ramadan comes in exceptional circumstances, amid tough economic situation for everyone. So, this year we will do our best to help people in different countries, and this help will come in different forms, including Ramadan Iftar, food boxes, medicine boxes, financing small projects for families, building houses, and other ways to help people in need.

Uganda
•Food box = $15,
•Ramadan Iftar for complete villages in Awtad mosques = $725
(a full cow meat, 100 kilograms of rice, vegetables, and juice)
•Daily Iftar and Sohour in Awtad orphanages and school = $725
(a full cow meat or 8 goats, 100 kilograms of rice, fruits, and juice)
•Iftar for one person = $2 a day

Other projects during Ramadan in Uganda:
•Building a mosque.
•Distribution of copies of the Holy Quran.
•Building an Islamic school.
•Digging wells.
•Building an orphanage.
•Financing small projects to support families; and
•Awtad endowment (Waqf).

We gladly receive your Zakat money to be distributed to eligible families in different countries as monetary or in-kind donations.
